Preparation

  2. In a small bowl, whisk the honey, Dijon mustard, and olive oil until the dressing becomes smooth and glossy.
  3. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, and toss gently with your hands or salad tongs.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy at your holiday table.

Notes

Wash and dry greens ahead, then store them in a clean towel inside a sealed container. If your greens sag, toss them in a few ice-cold spoonfuls of dressing right before serving. Add a splash of apple cider vinegar or swap almonds for candied pecans for extra sweetness.
