- Grab your high-powered blender and toss in all of the ingredients: banana, almond butter, coffee, almond milk, protein powder, and vanilla extract.
- Blend the mixture until smooth. Stop halfway to scrape down the sides and stir if necessary.
- If a thinner consistency is desired, add a splash more almond milk and blend again.
Notes
You can prepare the smoothie the night before and store it in a sealed jar in the fridge. Give it a shake before drinking. If it's too thick, add more almond milk. For a chocolate flavor, consider adding cocoa powder or dark chocolate protein powder.
