- Muddle the lime pieces in a glass or pitcher to release their juices.
- Clap the mint leaves together in your hands until the delightful scent is released. Add them to the muddled lime and press gently with a muddler.
- In a small blender, blend the mango and water until smooth to create a mango puree.
- Add the mango puree to the lime and mint mixture, and stir gently to combine.
- Fill your glass with ice, then top it off with sparkling water (or your favorite alternative) and give it a gentle stir.
- Garnish with additional mint leaves and a lime wheel for an extra pop of color!
Notes
Store the mango puree and muddled mixture in the fridge for up to a day. Add soda and ice just before serving. Chill glasses in the freezer for a refreshing experience. Feel free to double the recipe.
