  • 8 oz softened cream cheese brings creamy goodness
  • 1 cup mayonnaise adds that smooth richness
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese melts beautifully
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese for a delightful tang
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion for some lovely crunch
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder a subtle flavor boost
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper a little kick
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika optional garnish, for color
  • to taste crackers, bread, or veggies for dipping your favorites are perfect

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or any oven-safe dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until it's smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the shredded Swiss cheese, grated Parmesan, chopped onion, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture evenly into your prepared dish and sprinkle paprika on top if desired.
Baking
  1. Place it in the oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
  2. Once out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dippers.

Notes

You can prepare the onion ahead of time and store it in the fridge. If the dip is too thick, mix in a splash of milk to reach the desired consistency. For a twist, add chopped spinach or a dash of hot sauce.
